This scene is set in winter, in the kingdom of darkness. The stone wall represents a boundary region between the kingdom of darkness (where all unbelievers live) and God’s kingdom of light. We can see the lighter kingdom on the other side of the spiky purple wall. The spikes, snake, scorpions & red daemons all represent elements of the dark kingdom that don’t want to let the woman leave.
In this second scene we can see the same young woman with dark brown hair & a blue skirt (from Scene 01), but this time she is on hands and knees, still within the boundaries of the kingdom of darkness. She is burdened by a very heavy backpack, which represents troubles, despair & the resistance we may experience when considering moving between kingdoms. The red daemons are trying to place even heavier burdens onto the woman; trying to stop her from escaping from the dark kingdom into the light.
Someone already in the kingdom of light (perhaps a preacher) is shouting the truth of the Gospel of Jesus the Christ (the Son of God) from the light side of the spiky wall. It is vitally important that Christians tell non-believers about the dangers they face by not trusting God & accepting His offer of redemption from their sins, & the free gift of eternal life through His son Jesus.
Here’s the rough pencil sketch I drew for this scene.
